Shipping & Delivery Information

At Newest Cloud, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays. This schedule depends on stock availability and payment verification. Should an item be unavailable or out of stock, we will reach out via email to offer alternative options or updates.

Shipping Options & Timelines

To ensure secure and efficient delivery, we ship using NovaPoshta or EMS. Orders shipped via NovaPoshta generally arrive within 10 working days to most international locations. For select orders, we may use EMS, which takes 14 to 21 days.
Please note: that delivery estimates are subject to customs processing and may vary, especially around festive periods.

  • Shipping Cost: $4.90 for orders under $50, with free shipping on orders over $50.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, including tracking information from the respective courier. Please use this tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress and be informed of any potential transit updates.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, simply enter your order number and email address on our tracking page. Monitoring your shipment is especially helpful to ensure timely delivery and manage any customs-related delays. For secure delivery, a signature will be required. If you waive the signature requirement, please note that Newest Cloud and the courier cannot assume responsibility for any lost packages.

Delivery Policies & Responsibilities

Newest Cloud insures each package during transit until a signature confirms its receipt, at which point responsibility transfers to you. In the U.S., all shipments are sent with a signed-for service; however, local couriers may deliver without a signature.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, Newest Cloud will initiate a full investigation with the delivery service. Resolution times can vary, as responses from couriers may take several weeks.

International Shipping – Duties & Taxes

For orders outside Ukraine, import duties and taxes may apply and are set by local customs agencies. Newest Cloud has no control over these charges. If your package is returned due to non-payment of import duties or taxes, these fees will remain your responsibility. We encourage you to track your order regularly to stay informed of any customs requirements or delays.
